Healthy and diseased individuals have the advantage of screening and investigating drug metabolism, penetration, and toxicity for pre-clinical applications in a three-dimensional in vitro environment. Spheroids mimic human organs better than the conventional two-dimensional cell culture systems. Likewise, IPS cells and derivative spheroids carry identical genetic information as their patient donor cells. Thus, IPS cells and derived spheroids offer a unique opportunity to study drug effects on human cells in a preclinical setting.

We offer the differentiation of spheroids from mouse ES or human IPS cell lines to model disease and test drug action.
