Spheroid Derivation

Spheroids Derived or Generated From IPS Cells

Spheroid derivation from healthy and diseased individuals is a powerful tool for studying drug metabolism, penetration, and toxicity in a three-dimensional in vitro environment.

Unlike conventional two-dimensional cell culture systems, spheroids more closely mimic human organs. IPS cells and derived spheroids also retain the same genetic information as the patient donor cells, making them a valuable model for testing drug effects on human cells in a preclinical setting.

We offer spheroid derivation from mouse ES or human IPS cell lines to model disease and evaluate drug action.

  • Characterization of spheroids based on customer request, including analysis of germ layer marker gene expression or protein production

  • Production of spheroids, with data and report included
