Microbiome analysis is a procedure that helps detect and analyse a sample’s bacterial composition. The microbiome is a complex ecosystem that includes microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other single-cell organisms found in a particular environment.

Starting from any sample, our laboratory can identify all the bacterial species the model comprises. 

We use state-of-the-art next-generation shotgun sequencing to analyse the microbiome. The results are evaluated employing the proprietary bioinformatics and prediction algorithm we developed.
