Aseptic Processing & Dedicated storage

About Aseptic Processing: Filling, Packaging, Labelling, and Storage

The final step in the production process involves aseptic processing during filling/dispensing, packaging, and storing the product. For cell-based products, aseptic processing is critical to ensure the packaging is free of pathogens or infections. After aseptic filling and packaging, the finished cellular product must be cryopreserved, meaning it is refrigerated at temperatures of -150°C or colder.

The aseptic processing includes an aseptic filling process conducted in isolation within a clean room environment, using a table-top filling station compliant with GMP standards.

Freezing of the product can be done by conventional methods or under controlled conditions with specialized equipment. This equipment features an adjustable program system allowing precise control over the freezing process and final temperature settings.

We also provide dedicated cryogenic storage systems designed to maintain the integrity of the product after aseptic processing and cryopreservation.

Human Faecal Microbiome Analysis

Our laboratory has a database of nearly 20,000 test results from standard human faecal microbiome analyses, the largest of its kind in Hungary. We can use this database to determine the deviation of the abundance of each species from the normal values for all human faecal microbiome tests.
